Gretchen is originally from Rochester, NY and is currently a sophomore on the University of Denver women’s lacrosse team. She plans to graduate in the year 2014. In high school, Gretchen played for Brighton High School and received the awards of First Team All County and was an honorable mention for All Greater Rochester Player. She was also given the award of Senior All Star, which is given to the top 20 senior lacrosse players in the Greater Rochester Area. Gretchen is enjoying her time in Colorado and being part of the DU women’s team!
Denver Summit Lacrosse was founded by the University of Denver Women’s Lacrosse coaching staff: Head Coach Liza Kelly and Assistant Coach Rachel Shuck. Combined, these women have experience with top Division I programs, NCAA tournaments, NCAA Championships, and US National Teams.
Additional Denver Summit coaches will include current and former Division I and III players from several elite institutions across the country, as well as current University of Denver players. From this depth of experience, our staff can provide prospective college players with insight into the many facets of the college process, from recruiting through the daily life of a student-athlete.
